Jono
Transport Manager
Was a subcontractor for 8 years before he started at Malco Freight in 2020 as a driver. In September 2023 he transitioned to Transport Manager.
- Job Description – Duties include vehicle maintenance, organising driver training, compliance, organising and maintaining the efficiency of the entire transport service and daily route planning
- Hobbies – Gaming and golf
- Interesting Fact – Is a Christian and attends church 2/3 times a week
Harry
Transport Planner
Started at Malco Freight in 2022 in customer services and has since progressed to Transport Planner.
- Job Description – Working hand in hand with the Transport Manager with the day to day route planning, planning freight for both networks and our own fleet, assisting with operations and customer communication
- Hobbies – Running and football

Key Account Administrator
Started at Malco Freight full time in 2023, worked part time since she was 16 – Granddaughter of the founder and daughter of the MD.
- Job Description – Supporting client relationships, managing all bookings to ensure an efficient service for our customers and delivery points. Assisting with general operations and customer services
- Hobbies – Pilates, reading and gaming
- Interesting Fact – Doesn’t like dessert or ice cream

Customer Service Manager
Started at Malco Freight in 2010 – has been with the company 14 years.
- Job Description – Overseeing all customer services to include daily customer reporting, ensuring we keep our standards to the highest level alongside this she also oversees our accounts and claims administration

Started in 2007 – has been with the company 18 years.
- Job Description – Invoicing and pricing responsibilities for all clients and keeping data up to date, assisting with day to day customer services and operations

- Job Description – Answering phones and responding to customer or depot requests and enquiries, liaising with the warehouse on volumes, responsible for inputting our customers freight onto our pallet network systems
