UPN operates a simple and effective hub and spoke distribution system specifically for palletised freight. The system links the national UPN network of 90+ member depots that collects and delivers freight every day from across the UK, and Europe.
The UPN hub and spoke distribution system combines the national expertise of UPN with the local knowledge and expertise of its national network of high quality partner hauliers, collecting and delivering freight every day from across the UK and Europe.

UPN SmartHUB
UPN SmartHUB is a purpose developed 300,000 sq. ft. central sortation facility able to sort up to 15,000 pallets per night.
Over £3,000,000 has been invested in a facility that meets the exact requirements of the UPN network. The whole nationwide UPN operation is fully supported by “SmartHUB IT”.
“SmartHUB IT” is a bespoke internally created technology platform that manages both centrally and across the UK providing full support to all partner members.
The powerful new contactless system drives optimum performance across all aspects of UPN’s nationwide operations.
